The Mercy Foundation of Lorain County is the philanthropic arm of Mercy health system. Our goal is to support the mission and objectives of all of Mercy’s programs by joining the charitable objectives of donors with the programmatic needs of the system.
The Foundation provides over $1.5 million annually in operating and programmatic assistance each year, supporting a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient programs, as well as all Mercy community outreach initiatives.
Through its efforts, the Foundation helps extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health of our community with emphasis on people who are poor and underserved.
